Pochhammer infrastructure

This umbrella module imports the project-local results about Pochhammer symbols, their Gamma-function identities, estimates, binomial series, Vandermonde identities, and transforms. It also collects simplex-independent scalar beta integrals, complex powers, and Mellin support.
